Challenges, changes, and uncertainty are here whether you like it or not. And most of us don't! In times of stress we are often in reactive and survival mode so much that we can't access our best selves. We can do better! Although you can’t remove all stress from your life, you can learn how to 'stress well' with resilience tools.
On Saturday come play! In this informal FREE zoom gathering we can explore creative activities and positive psychology skills mixed together. Together let's practice resilience tools to help us improve our ability to 'stress well' and let's play with fun creative collective bonding activities that build what is called collective effervescence.
It's time to amp up your grit and adaptability! Research demonstrates that resilience is a teachable mindset and skillset that few people are taught, but everyone needs, especially during life challenges and times of change. Building a resilience skillset and mindset together are a recipe for wellbeing, success, productivity, and engagement.
During this Resilience Mastery Pop-Up you will learn key concepts and practical 'real-time' tips from positive psychology and neuroscience on the new science of resilience. Improving your resilience skills will help you handle whatever life throws your way with a champion mindset. We will also enjoy some creative ecpression play so make sure to have paper and any colors of pens, crayons, or markers available.
