About the Event

Mind-chatter, negativity, criticisms, and worries got you down? Does the concept of mindfulness seem too far from your everyday reality?

In this Resilience Mastery online pop-up class we'll get right to the one-two punch of how to deal with mind chatter. You will understand the 7 different kinds of mind chatter, learn how the brain is your loyal protective soldier, why negativity bias serves you, the model of resilience mastery, and how best to work with mind chatter so it doesn't work you over! And for the bonus round we'll show you simple ways to bring calming mindfulness into your day to day life.

Come learn practical tips and insights from positive psychology and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) that you can easily apply in your life so you can have a little less frustration and a little more flourishing.

Your facilitator, Nina Sherak, is a licensed health educator (CHES) and health coach. She holds certificiation as an applied positive psychology practitioner (CAPP), is a certified B3 resilience trainer (CIRT), and is a trained Mindfulness instructor.
