Because in order to thrive, people need to learn to manage challenges with resilience, build their reservoir of positive emotions, work with negative emotions, build their will-power, and create nurturing relationships. After completing the introduction to Flourishing Skills you can continue the work by applying for the full Flourishing Skills Group® support and accountability group program. The group meets weekly for 8 sessions, each week building and deepening your happiness skillset leaving you nourished and empowered. The Flourishing Skills Group® program is a fun and interactive way to integrate powerful and practical tools from the science of happiness, success, and well-being into your daily life in a supportive group setting.
People that participate in this program describe it as a breath of fresh air and an act of self-care that they give themselves each week. The Flourishing Skills Group® Model is a unique, research-based approach that’s tailored to help people decrease stress and increase their happiness and well-being in a nurturing and supportive environment.
