You’ve got the being vulnerable thing down. But, as to being assertive... not so much.
You know all about how important it is to set boundaries, but knowing and doing are two different things. The theory has not translated into your everyday life. Yet. Time to go from knowing to doing.
In this no-nonsense workshop we will go deep and get practical. We will embody standing in our power. We will map out a personal boundary plan of action, we will craft scripts and practice real time assertiveness skills based on positive psychology, communication science, and leadership training.
If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got. If you are not showing up in the world the way you want to, it’s time to get your 'shift' together. Knowing how to be assertive will help you define your identity so you become clear and confident with yourself and others will know what to expect from you.
Ask for what you want with clarity. Say no to what you don't want with firm confidence and kindness.
